Colour Correction

In this scene the characters had been lit with cool coloured lights whilst the the backgrounds for the scene are warm in tone, I processed these two images in NukeX using a Chroma-Keyer, Exposure and Grade Nodes to produce the image below where they fit together nicely. I really think the Chroma-Keyer works really well with the puppets considering they have a fur-like texture and not too much detail is lost when removing the background. The whole film is quite dark in themes so having the scenes dark is in-keeping with the story and style.
